Where are your goods from?

Currently all goods are from the United States but we hope to expand and curate from all over the world.

What is your shipping policy?

We do ship for an extra fee all over Australia and New Zealand.
Please make sure all your information is accurate as we are not liable if the post office cannot deliver your goods due to incorrect information.
We will provide you with a tracking number for your goods once the order has been shipped.
We are not liable for lost or damaged goods however we can help with contacting the shipping service.

What is your return policy?

You can return products for a FULL refund within 10 days so long as they are intact and have not been used. For wigs, unfortunately we cannot accept wigs that have been tried on or used because it is unfair to the next customer. We are however happy to answer any questions you have before your purchase.
Returns are at your own expense.

Wigs

We understand you may have many questions regarding the wigs. You are allowed to feel the texture of the hair but not try it on or remove from packaging if you will be returning the hair. All hair is exactly as shown in the picture. We have included reviews for some of the wigs however feel free to do your own research. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
